I managed to get WT Library 2010 running on OSX Lion perfectly without doing the rs_data copying procedure mandated by the watchtowerlibraryformac.info website. Since I used to have Crossover, I simply followed the instructions they supplied to get WTLib 2010 for Mac working. Before proceeding, you need the file called iphlpapi.dll from a Windows machine. The file resides inC:windowssystem32. I copied this file to my home directory.
Here's the procedure. If you followed the website instructions on watchtowerlibraryformac.info, you've probably installed WTLIB 2009 first. In that case, go to step 2. If you're unsure, just start with step 1.
1) Install Disk Image 1.3 and drag the WTLib icon over to 'Applications'. Then follow this procedure. (Should be under the article entitled: Does it run on Lion OS X?)
2) After step 1 is complete: Insert your Watchtower Library 2010 CD and it should start installing normally. Don't change any of the default entries including the installation path. Simply proceed as if a normal installation.
3) After installation, click on the 'Finish' button. It might be behind the WTLib splash screen since it will try to run.4) Bring up the Terminal window:

5) Now type in the following (assuming iphlpapi.dll is in your home directory)cp iphlpapi.dll ~/Library/Application Support/Watchtower Library/drive_c/windows/system32
6) Ensure your menu at the top of your screen says 'Watchtower Library'. Hit the Command-F key combination. You'll now see the Wine Configuration screen.
7) Click on the Libraries Tab and type in iphlpapi.dll in the 'New override for library' box then click Add.
8) Click 'Yes' on this prompt:
9) Click 'OK' on the Wine Configuration window:
10) Quit the Watchtower Library application so that the Splash screen goes away.
11) Bring up the Watchtower Library application again and you're good to go!
